About

OperatorFacts publishes independent research on online betting operators serving Southeast Asia. We explain how these platforms work, what their terms actually say, and what users should verify before trusting any operator with personal information or money.

What we cover

Our focus is narrow and deliberate. We write about operator legitimacy and licensing, account access and verification, payment and withdrawal processes, site authenticity and phishing risks, and the terminology these platforms use. We explain how things work. We do not tell readers to gamble, and we do not present gambling as a way to make money.

Why this site exists

Most information about operators in this region falls into two categories: marketing material written by operators themselves, and affiliate pages that repeat that marketing with a rating attached. Neither answers the questions people actually search for – whether an operator is licensed, why a withdrawal has stalled, how to tell a real domain from a cloned one.

We try to answer those questions directly, and to say clearly when we cannot verify something.

How we make money

This site earns commission through affiliate partnerships with some of the operators we write about. This is disclosed on every page containing an affiliate link, and explained in full in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Commercial relationships do not determine our assessments. Our Editorial Policy explains the separation we maintain and how to hold us to it.

Age and jurisdiction

This site is intended for readers aged 18 or older, and in some jurisdictions 21 or older. Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in several countries we write about. Nothing here is legal advice – readers are responsible for understanding the law where they live.
